Is Inbind really free?
Yes. Download it, use it, keep your files. It uses your existing Claude Code or Codex subscription for AI, no separate setup needed.
Will there ever be a paid plan?
Probably. We're still figuring out what that looks like and who it's actually for. We'll be upfront about it before it happens.
Where do my notes live?
In a folder on your computer. As .md files. We don't have a cloud. If you put that folder in iCloud or Dropbox, it'll sync there. Up to you.
Do you train on my notes?
No. We don't see them.
What happens to my files if I stop using Inbind?
Nothing. They're .md files in a folder. Open them in any other editor. We're not the kind of tool you have to migrate out of.
